Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping?

It’s simple. Just spend $100 in one transaction at Children Love Health, and we’ll ship anywhere in Australia for FREE! No exceptions.

When will I receive my order?

We currently dispatch 4 times a week and our products are shipped via Shippit’s trusted carrier network which includes Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers Please and TNT. You will get a confirmation email through Shippit who automatically notifies you at the most important stages of your delivery.

Once dispatched, we estimate delivery times of:

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-3 business days

Adelaide: 2-4 business days

Perth, NT & Tasmania: 5-7 business days

Regional hubs (eg. Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days

Other regional and remote areas can take longer for delivery.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

If you have ordered online, you will receive an email the day we dispatch. This email will contain your tracking number, so you can check on updates as your order makes it way to you.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated once your shipping address is entered at checkout. All orders within metro Australia are generally less than $8.00 for shipping. Regional hubs and remote areas are approximately $10.00 for shipping.

I don’t want to order online. Can I place an order over the phone?

You sure can! Just call us on 0419 997 541 and we’ll be more than happy to take your order.

Can I have my order express posted?

Yes you can! Just give us a shout on 0419 997 541 or drop us a line at hello@childrenlovehealth.com.au

Choosing the Express Post option means that we’ll get your order to you in the fastest possible way, but it doesn’t guarantee next day delivery. We can’t refund the postage cost to you if you don’t receive your order next day.

What's Children Love Health's returns policy?

If you’re not happy with something you’ve bought, you’re welcome to return it to us within 14 days for a full store credit. You can return any item that is in original condition: unopened, unused, and complete with all packaging and instructions. We can’t accept returns on sale or discontinued items.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on any personal care items like deodorants, makeup, skincare, etc, unless it has a hygiene seal that is unbroken.

We want you to be happy, so if we can take it back, we will. Get in touch with us, and we'll talk you through it if you're not sure.

For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photo of the damage within 5 days of receipt to, and we’ll replace or refund this for you.

Please note, any refund requests made using Afterpay will incur a 6% fee due which are the non-refundable fees charged by Afterpay to us.

Payments

How Do I Use Afterpay?

Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 equal instalments due every 2 weeks.

You must be over 18 years old and be the authorised holder of an eligible debit/credit card to apply.

Choose Afterpay at checkout and pay for your order in 4 interest free instalments. All you need is a credit card for instant approval. There are no fees or application forms.

After you complete checkout, we'll ship your order as usual. Here's how it works:

Choose Afterpay as your payment method, using your existing credit card.
Complete your checkout in seconds, and you'll get instant approval online.
We'll pack and ship your order as usual.
You pay in 4 instalments - pay fortnightly, but get your order straightaway.

What do I do if I have a problem with my Afterpay account? afterpay terms

Please get in touch with Afterpay directly to sort out any issues relating to your Afterpay account.

Are there any fees with Afterpay?

Afterpay doesn't charge customers any fees when purchasing. If there aren't enough funds on your card to make a payment on time, Afterpay will charge you an initial $10 late fee, and if you're still overdue one week later, you'll be charged a $7 fee. Please note that these are not fees from Children Love Health, and we don't have any control over these.

What happens if I want to return items bought with Afterpay?

You're more than welcome to return any items that you bought with Afterpay. Have a look at our returns policy here for our T's & C's.

Warranty

As an official Australian stockist for every brand in store, all products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage and time frame varies across the product range.

Any item damaged in transit will be handled by our insurance coverage. Claims need to be submitted within 48 hours of your parcel arriving.

Any faulty item, where the fault is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. Refunds are not issued for faulty items unless we cannot repair or replace it, as per Australian consumer guidelines.

Children Love Health will cover any return postage for warranty claims within 7 days of product arrival (subject to photo verification). After this period, it is the responsibility of the customer to return faulty items to us (after approval and the issue of an RA number). Accidental breakage is not covered under manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us if you have any further warranty questions.

Gift Certificates

If you have been sent an online gift certificate as a present or as a part of a promotion or returned stock, you can claim the certificate during the checkout process. If the gift certificate only covers a portion of your purchase, you will be prompted to add a second payment method during the checkout process to complete your transaction.
